Some weeks it seems the only post I put out is the WOYWW post and other
weeks I manage to get 4-5 posts out...it is beyond me what that is
about. I do a lot of crafting but don't seem to take the time to
document or share it. I know all you out there in blog land know what I
am talking about! It seems a never ending game of chasing my tail and
never getting anywhere fast. {{{Now that is a visual that I am sure
will burn your brain!!}}} I am glad it is Wednesday and we join
together at Julia's and share what's on our desk or I would probably
never post!! Want to know what I am talking about? Go on over to Julia's blog Stamping Ground and join the fun!
My desk this week! I am working on a calendar easel and just got January finished...I think that is appropriate considering January is over and done will tomorrow.
Have a great week and take time to do something fun! I made it around to over 60%of the desks last week but doubt I will do as well this week. If you visit me and leave a comment I promise to reciprocate sometime soon.
Happy WOYWW. What a gorgeous calendar page. So beautiful to have on your desk. How are you feeling today? I have some hip pain that is more worrying than usual, so I will need to be careful to avoid a big flare up. Oh well, perhaps that will mean having more crafting time today - (I always see the bright side of everything). My blogging is the same - either I am busy creating posts every day, or it is just weekly (which happens to be on a Wednesday!). Have a good week. Ali x #34
ReplyDeleteI seem to be in the same running rut...If it wasn't for WOYWW, I don't know if I would post at all these days as I am so busy kitting and planning and plotting for classes! I am making a concerted effort to try blog at least once more in my week but then Wednesday turns up before I manage...How does Wednesday seem to do that?
ReplyDeleteThis perpetual calendar is such a clever idea and your January page is ever so pretty, love the fresh blues you have used. looking forward to seeing the others as you do them. Happy WOYWW Hugs Mo x

I love your page! Your desk looks so fun--and I know what you mean. It takes almost as much time to document what we're doing as it does to get projects done! Happy WOYWW! Sandy Leigh #104

Love your calendar January is lovely looking forward to feb now
ReplyDeleteJackie17
I know what you mean about not finding enough time to document projects. My resolution this year was to keep my camera in a charged state on my desk and to make a big mental song and dance every time something gets finished to get on and share it. The calendar is ace. Fairy Thoughts makes me an easel calendar every Christmas and I adore them and look forward to them. The great thing is they can be reused too. Have a great week:) Lucy #23 x

Hi Vicky
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about blogging it could take all my spare time and then I wouldnt have anything to share. It's all about balance I suppose. I decided a while ago to just post on WOYWW, although I occasionally do an extra one if I have something special to say or show. I dont think I have ever got beyond 50%.Lovely work on the calendar
janet #32
hi Vicki I could have written your intro on my own blog this week. Only seem to post now on WOYWW - where does the time go? I don't even think I do that much crafting. Well not the serious sort that so many of you manage. Love the Jan page of your calendar. Anne x #144
ReplyDeleteI can "DITTO" your 1st paragraph, unreal where time goes and what I so little accomplish. Love your calendar page, just really adorable. It's a weather day here. Wow...45 mph winds, high wind chills for this pm and our area the 6in just blew away!!! so glad of that. Happy WOYWW and Enjoy the week #149 this week due to unneeded computer problems. Sylvia

ReplyDeleteI'm glad it's not just me, Vickie. I spend my life chasing round thinking shall I craft or blog or had I better do some housework and never seem to get much of anything done. A blogging friend said recently "all you ever blog about is WOYWW these days" well tough I enjoy it, not that I said that to her of course but you'll understand as a fellow WOYWW!!!
