WOYWW #163

Happy Wednesday to all my blogland friends...  I am so excited to be able to participate in WOYWW this week from my own desk and my desk top computer.  My laptop is state of the art but with my arthritis I sometimes have problems with the touch pad and really need to by another wireless mouse to use with it.    What's WOYWW?  Well in a land far, far, far away, a woman named Julia started a weekly get together of a bunch of artist/crafter types that love to show off their desks, their latest projects and snoop around one another's desks from the comforts of their own homes and chairs.  Go call on Julia's blog, Stamping Ground and she will give you the deets.

my art journal for the 5th week of Summer of Color ice cream flavor Wild and Reckless Sherbet!   They chose mainly ice cream flavors from Baskin Robins and the advert reads...
"A green apple, blue raspberry, and fruit punch flavored sherbet party.
Fruit has never had so much fun."
- Baskin Robbins
.

Thought I would share a picture of me that my husband Chuck took at the lower falls in Yellowstone!  Awesome country! Check out previous posts for more pictures!

Well that's it for this week.  I will try and make it around to most desks but won't guarantee anything...may take all week!

  15. Totally with you there - typing long comments on the iPad is hard work! Glad I finally sorted out a way to use my desktop that works (although I have to use like three different browsers to comment on all the different sorts of blog and their different setting!)

Love those BRIGHT colours! And B&R ice cream too. That takes me back....

  24. It's good to see you made it home OK. Glad your car made it, too. Nice photo of the Ice Cream color. I noticed a particular attraction to Baskin too. I admit, I don't think we have one in Wichita, although I NEVER go to the mall (either of them, honest). Happy WOYWW from #6.

  29. Nice to see you home again, Vickie, after your wonderful time away. Love the photo of you at Yellowstone! That's somewhere I'd love to visit one day. Awesome inks, aren't they! I think the randomness of the spray is one of their charms, but there's nothing to stop you taking the lid off and using a paintbrush to put them where you want!

    Thanks for your visit.

    Happy WOYWW,

  35. I cannot use the touch pads on laptops to save my soul. I have a corded mouse to plug in with mine. Mine is so old but it was worth every penny I paid for it (none).

Those are some seriously bright and unnatural colors on your journal pages. I can't help but wonder if you eat BR's sherbet do you poop the colors of the rainbow? That is some crazy stuff. Fruit has never had so much fun!
