February and Graphic 45 calendar page

Thought I would share the February Calendar page I am doing for the perpetual calendar.  I think just using the Graphic 45 papers and embellishments are a lot of fun making this.

This paper is so romantic and feminine it goes well with flowers and hearts and all things Valentines.  The flourishes are made using Liquid Pearls and Ice Stickles because I wanted to see what it looked like and I didn't want to use bling.  I tried to streak some of the mulberry roses I have to match the paper but...I don't think I did that great of a job with it.  I used a Tim Holtz distress marker and tinted the edges then sprayed the flower with water so it would spread.

I am so happy I got February done before March was here so I can enjoy it all month!  I started working on the March page so it will be done soon!  Yaya I am getting it done!

  1. A lovely page. So vintage which appeals to me so much. Love the lipstick marks on the postcard. Hugs Mrs A.

  2. Such a beautiful calender page, so feminine and gorgeous! Love it! xx

  3. How wonderful to look at all month. That is just fantastic. I love those papers.

  4. Love it Vicki. Will have to try the flourishes with the stickles and liguid pearls really like it. Anne x
